The breakdown of rate deadlines are as follows with USD 50 increase between rate periods:

 

Early Bird Rate: Until October 3, 2025
Standard Rate: Until December 3, 2025

Onsite Rate: On December 4, 2025

Group Registration

Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the conference may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact bkadara@lumina.ae A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons will be provided with a 10% discount.

Cancellations, Refunds and No-shows

Registrations are non-refundable, however names can be replaced. Lumina does not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

 

Lumina reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.

Onsite Registration

If you cannot register online, onsite registration is available and open on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 08:00 in the registration area. Kindly note that fees will be higher as compared to online.

Badge Collection

Badge collection is open from Friday, December 5, 2025 at 08:00 onwards in the registration area. Delegates will be required to take the following step:

 

Step 1: Sign in with the ushers at the registration area, validate their details and print out their name badge with barcode

 

Step 2: Head towards the welcome kit collection point to pick up their kit

Attendees will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, conference bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.

Bank Transfer Payment

Online Registration payments can also be done by direct bank transfer. By choosing bank transfer option at the online payment portal gateway and follow the instructions. Please see below our bank details to arrange the necessary transfer.
